RETURNS

POLICY

LuxsofMorocco will gladly accept returns on unworn and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Kindly contact us within fourteen (14) days after delivery.
Return merchandise within 30 days after delivery.
Cancellation is possible prior to the goods being delivered.

Refunds will be given in the same manner as the original payment was made. It may take up to 3-5 business days for refunds to appear on credit or debit card accounts, depending on the bank that issued the card.

THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns unless they come broken or faulty.

  • Orders that are customized or customised
  • Products that are perishable (e.g. food or flowers)
  • Digital products
  • Intimate items (for reasons of health/hygiene)

SHIPPING OF THE RETURNED PRODUCTS

Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please check your purchase upon receipt and notify us promptly if an item is faulty, damaged, or is sent in error, so that we can resolve the problem.
